The buses are nearly full for The Maine Event, a Seminar, Town Hall Meeting, and Maine Familiarization Tour for reunion group leaders and planners – South Portland, Maine – April 26-30, 2010. Sessions will include tours of Kennebunkport, the Maine Maritime Museum, and Bath Iron Works. Meals will include a traditional Maine Lobster Bake and a Taste of Maine multi-chef culinary event. $99 per person, $149 per couple. Accommodations, most meals, and admission to all events are included.

The Alliance of Military Reunions, or "The Alliance" for short, is a nonprofit networking and support organization of military reunion groups and those who serve them. We are run entirely by volunteers.
Our mission is to be a valuable resource for those who organize, manage, host, and serve Military Reunion Groups from all services and eras. We do so by providing our members with information, training, and personal networking opportunities.
Though we are based in the United States and have members from every U.S. service, we welcome members from all countries. We seek to have hundreds of groups as members. In fact, we want to be so useful to military reunion groups that every one of them would want to be part of our Alliance.
As of this writing, over 200 military reunion groups are Members of the Alliance. These groups represent all U.S. services, as well as armed forces from Australia, New Zealand, Spain and the United Kingdom, and collectively they have conducted over 3,000 military reunions. Over 85 commercial entities are also members of the Alliance. You can see our Member Directory by clicking Here.
The Alliance is a nonprofit Pennsylvania corporation, and qualifies as a Veterans' Organization under Section 501(c)(19) of the Internal Revenue Code. Though we haven't yet heard from the IRS, we expect that contributions to the Alliance will be deductible as charitable donations by those who make them.

We'll list your group's name on our web site, and we'll send you occasional emails to keep you updated as the Alliance develops. If someone asks us about your group, we'll inform you so you can respond if appropriate. We will NOT share your information, spam you, or make your life less happy in any way.
